Unexpected Ways To Add Some Holiday Cheer The Season

How about some spray paint to transform your holiday decorations? I have found a color called Colonial Red from Rustoleum which gives a wonderful twist to traditional Christmas red. I collected some pinecones and other nature elements and spray painted them. It is a great look. Consider collecting some fallen magnolia leaves, branches etc. and spray painting them gold or silver. They will look great in any holiday decoration. I used the chartreuse green on the magnolia leaves as a nice contrast.
Dress up your table in a more formal look for the season. I know you all have your favorite tablecloths and you can still use them. I am suggesting something to go under the tablecloth that will drape all the way to the floor. It is really easy to get what you want in any length you need by purchasing yardage from a fabric store. Get enough yardage to allow it to reach floor length. Layer your tablecloths and runners on top of the fabric and enjoy your great look.
